Busayo is an astute legal practitioner with a wealth of experience in the Labour, Employment and Corporate Immigration practice areas. He has advised multinational corporations (including fortune 500 companies and international oil & gas companies) on different legal and compliance issues. He has assisted these companies with the mobility of their workforce to different parts of the world.

Prior to joining the firm Busayo was a member of the Immigration, Employment and Labour Practice Group of a foremost full-service law firm and was exposed to negotiations with trade unions and different types of industrial relations issues. He also gained considerable experience dealing with Fintech/Start-up clients as well dispute resolution matters.

His articles on diverse areas of law have been published in International Journals and he was a contributing author to the World Bank Doing Business Report 2019. He initiated “The Nigeria Employment and Labour Lawyers Group” and “The Nigeria Immigration Lawyers and Practitioners Group” on LinkedIn.

He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
