Opeyemi has a strong love for the environment and while she was an undergraduate, she was an active member of the Builders and Enlightened Advocate of Change of the Nigerian Society that amongst many things focused on keeping the environment clean and healthy, Opeyemi has developed a budding interest in the policies and law relating to energy security and environmental protection.
